What you type here is used only to run your session and prepare your Readout. Your conversation is private to you: Les's team does not read it.

If you request an AI Leadership Review and choose to include your Readout, the team will see that Readout and the details on your request, and nothing else.

We do not sell or share your answers. Responses are generated by an AI provider, which processes your messages to produce them.

Unfinished sessions are deleted after 90 days and Readouts 12 months after your last visit. You can download or delete everything at any time from Your data.
